In March 2016, we presented a 60 minute talk at SXSW titled:

Held in the Grand Austin Ballroom of the Downtown Hilton (with a rather daunting 1000 person capacity), our talk explored how handwritten letters could be incredibly impactful, and investigated the potential of ‘handmade communications’ becoming a future marketing trend.

We presented original interviews with adland legends Rory Sutherland and Steve Harrison, and two rising stars of the British handwritten marketing start-up scene.

Our talk was subsequently covered by several media outlets, and some people were even kind enough to send us handwritten thank you letters.
